Before you start
- You are signed in to Slate.
Steps
After Slate has been updated, a What's new window opens by itself the next time you open Slate. It is headed Since you were last here.
Read the updates. Each one has its date and a short title, with a line or two on each change.
Click Got it to close the window. It does not open again until the next update.
Tips
- It shows up to the three newest updates you have not seen yet, newest first.
- It only shows updates from after you joined Slate, so a new account starts with nothing to catch up on.
- Each person on your team sees it on their own account.
- Closing the window any other way also counts as seen. There is no menu item to open it again.
