Who pays
Peek Pro lets operators choose whether to absorb card processing fees or pass them on to the customer.
On Slate, each business chooses whether the booking fee comes out of its payout or is added to the guest’s total. Bookings paid on arrival, in cash, with a gift card, or anywhere outside Slate carry no booking fee at all, and the fee is never refunded.
